Senior Planning Engineer
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Health & Safety Inspector
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
The job holder is responsible for:
• Randomly inspecting the onshore work sites and contractor construction yards around the sites to evaluate and monitor Contractors adherence to agip kco HSE Golden Rules according to the relevant agip kco Procedures;
• Supporting H&S Inspection Team Leader in coaching the work crew and supervisors on safe work practices;
• Patrolling the behaviour or practice by issuing colour cards, i.e. green (excellent practice), yellow (potentially unsafe conditions that must be corrected) and red (unsafe conditions to be stopped) cards;
• Intervening to rectify and where necessary stopping any unsafe behaviour/ act/ work activity and reporting to relevant departments;
• Instructing supervisors to quarantine vehicles / equipment that don’t comply with agip kco HSE Golden Rules and/or permit conditions;
• Providing feedback to allow the re-start of work after non compliances have been resolved;
• On a daily basis submitting reports to the H&S Inspection Team Leader on the number of cards issued, activities rectified and/or stopped, observations and instructions made to supervisors;

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Purpose:

Planning Engineer
Purpose:

Field Superintendent
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
The job holder is responsible for:

Commissioning Supervisor Utilities

Ø Responsible for leading and participating in performing contract administration and process audits (approved by IRAC, requested by the MD, a director of AKCO or AKSO’s Watch Structure Supervisor) including investigation in whichever capacity is deemed necessary as and when require. The audits/investigation must be performed in a professional manner and according with the best practices;
Activities include but are not limited to:
Ø Preparing to undertake audits, issuing agreed TOR with the Contract Holders/Process Owners and handling all aspects of the Opening Meeting presentation;
Ø Identifying and/or overseeing the identification of findings, evaluation of findings, and agreeing the corrective action and suitable recommendations with audite(s), as well as keeping appropriate working papers; Preparing and presenting Close-Out Meeting presentation.
Ø Prepare the Draft Audit Report including objective audit findings and recommendation, (identifying any decisions to also be taken) and executive Summaries.
After the issuance of the draft report:
Ø Collect and review the audite(s) responses to the findings/recommendation, and if required clarify/amend the findings/recommendation after discussion with the parties involved.
Ø Incorporate the responses in the final Audit Report. Where the audite(s) disagree with the auditor, reflect the disagreement in the report accordingly.
Ø Assist the audite(s) with addressing findings/recommendation when requested. This is expected to be limited to that staffs that are the level of Manager or bellow. The incumbent will be accompanied by the Internal Auditor Manager where the assistance involves dealing with the Contract Holders/Process Owner Representative or higher levels of Management.
Ø Liaise with the Internal Auditor Manager when addressing any other issue not addressed specifically here in.
Organize the follow up of the Audit Report by assessing the adequacy of the measured implemented in the respect to recommendation made (for example: credit notes requested, cost recovery, additional documentation obtained, contract procedures, etc). If necessary, where appropriate, refer the finding back to audite(s) until the finding has been properly addressed and is considered to have been close-out satisfactory.
Oversee the input of finding into SMARTrack, and be responsible for the subsequent close-out in the system.

Skills Required:

To follow up the NDT & related heat treatments per the

When the line complete and ready for test, The line is walkdown for punchlist
Segregate the punch list in two category:
a) Rectification is mandatory prior to hydrotest
b)Rectification require after hydro test
Prepare the line control sheet. Include all details in the line control sheet
Any change in the drawing make as built
Submit the line control sheet to the client for review and got the approval prior to hydrotest
Post test requirement to be checked and signed the required form
Final review on Test Packs
